Easy Aromatherapy Recipes to Energize or Relax

Working Women Everywhere!

Try one the following 100% essential oil mixes on a very warm facecloth and inhale deeply four times to energize or to relax!

To Energize:

1 drop lemon essential oil and 2 drops rosemary essential oil

-or-

2 drops eucalyptus oil with 1 drop peppermint essential oil

 

To Relax:

1 drop lavender essential oil with 2 drops neroli light essential oil

-or-

2 drops of lavender essential oil with 1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil.
