The Best Massage Oil for Cold and Flu Season!

Reduce aches and congestion by using this wonderful massage oil!

Cold and Flu Season Super Massage Oil: 

4 ounces of your favourite carrier oil (almond oil or grape seed are very nice)

20 drops of eucalyptus essential oil

20 drops of lavender essential oil

5 drops peppermint essential oil

Pour into a bottle (preferably dark coloured glass) mix well and massage  2 to 3 teaspoons on chest and back to relieve congestion and reduce the achy feeling that comes with colds and flu.

Massage Oil Recipes Using 100% Essential Oils

The following recipes are combinations of 100% essential oils and are used to release soreness, aches and pains.

Combine with 1 tablespoon grape seed or any of your other favourite carrier oils.

Invigorating:

5 drops eucalyptus essential oil + 5 drops pine essential oil

Stress Busting:

5 drops eucalyptus essential oil + 5 drops lavender essential oil

Massage the oil into your upper chest, neck and shoulders.

Breathe deeply.
